RefreshQueue sends a weekly decaying-page queue from Google Search Console. This page is the short version of what we collect and why.

What we collect

Waitlist email, role, and optional site if you join the list.
Account identity if you sign in (name, email, Google account id via Clerk).
Billing details processed by Clerk and Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Read-only Google Search Console data for properties you connect: page and query clicks, impressions, CTR, and position.

How we use it

To run your account, charge the plan you pick, build the Monday queue, and email it to the recipient you choose. We do not sell this data. We do not publish to your site.

Google sign-in

Sign in with Google is handled by Clerk using a RefreshQueue OAuth client. We request basic profile and email. Search Console access is a separate, later connect step with read-only scope, only if you pay and opt in.

Retention

We keep account and queue data while the subscription is active. After cancel, we delete connected Search Console tokens and property data within 30 days, unless we must keep a billing record.
